White Sugar (210gm)
Challenger hops (21gm) - start of boil
Fuggles hops (24gm) - start of boil
Goldings hops (10gm) - last 15 mins of boil
Irish moss (10gm) last 15 mins of boil.


Mash at 66C for 90 mins, boil for 90 mins.
